Dr. Jackey Beavers has been an ordained Pastor for over 31 years (11 1/2 years at New Hope Baptist Church; 20 years at Glory Harvester Church) . He was Executive Assistant to Joe Frank Harris, the Governor of Georgia
for 8 years,
Executive Assistant to the Commissioner of the
Georgia Department of Corrections Bobby Whitworth, for 3 years,
and Aide to Speaker Tom Murphy of Georgia House of Representatives for 10 years. I was Chaplain of the House of Representatives under Speaker Terry Coleman for 2 years.
